庄内地方の小箪笥にアイアンスタンドをあしらいました。

正面の黒地に配された錠前金具は雪輪紋。その中には吉祥図の松竹梅と鶴亀が彫り込まれており、華やかさと共に幸せを願う気持ちが込められています。天板と側面は赤みを帯びた色合いでより華やかな印象です。

スタンドをはかせたことで小ぶりな箪笥も目線に入り、より魅力的に見えてきました。高さ85ｃｍと実用的に使い勝手も良く、飾り台としても程よい大きさです。奥行も30cm以下で限られたスペースでも圧迫感なくレイアウト出来ます。

This small chest from the Shonai region, created over 100 years ago, is on the iron stand. The black front features snowflake-shaped lock hardware with engravings of auspicious symbols including pine, bamboo, plum, and crane and tortoise, symbolizing happiness. By attaching the stand, the compact chest becomes even more attractive to the eye. At 85 cm high, it is practical for everyday use and suitable for a decorative stand.With a height of 85cm, it is practical for everyday use and a suitable size for a display stand.

【状態について】
‐経年変化による小傷や色むら、割れ等ございますが抽斗内や背部も板が外れないようにしっかりと固定しております。
‐錠前金具は後年付け替えられた様ですが、同じ庄内地方の金具が使用されています。鍵は一杯目を除き使用可能です。
‐スタンドの取り外しは容易に行えます。スタンドの枠内に・箪笥を載せている状態です。

-There are some minor scratches, uneven colors, and chips due to age. The drawer and backboard are firmly fixed to prevent the boards from coming off.
-The lock fittings appear to have been replaced in later years, but the same Shonai-region fittings are used.
-The stand can be easily removed. The chest is placed inside the frame of the stand.
